Skills and competencies
- Strong & effective communicator at all levels of the organisation & Customer-facing
- High level of customer service mentality, proven customer and patient focused strength
- Self motivated and ability to motivate others to different ways of thinking and behaving
- Strong integrity sales skills- needs based selling based on a strong customer need to drive a tailored system sell
- Strong and proven problem solving skills- experience of overcoming customer challenges to find effective solutions
- Ability to manage and execute projects to a planned time frame
- Capability to network across variety of stakeholders to acquire information and gain support for system implementation
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Five (5) plus years in Medical Devices Industry Sales, Marketing, Implementation and/or Client Management role
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience with MedTech or innovative solutions
- Lean/Six Sigma knowledge
- Group Facilitation experience
- Demonstration of management across a complex network of stakeholders
Additional info:
The ideal candidate needs to be based in UK North East (with preference for Leicester, Shaffield, Yorkshire, York, Leeds, Newcastle, Nottingham)
