Must Have: Minimum Requirements

•Licensed Customs Broker or Equivalent
•Certified US Export Control Officer (CUSECO) Certification
•10+ years of relevant experience in international trade, supply chain or compliance and audit functions
•Knowledge of International Trade and Customs Regulations and Practices
•Knowledge of US and Global Export Controls
•Strong collaboration skills, in particular with key stakeholders in Legal, Compliance, and other geographies
•Excellent problem solving, communication and organization skills
•Master’s Degree
•Experience in Med Tech and/or multinational manufacturing
•Knowledge of Medtronic products and corporate structure

- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience
