Sourcing Manager – Global Materials and CM – Strategy and Transformation
Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelors degree required

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Nice to Have

Bachelor’s Degree and at least 7+ years of experience in Supply Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or similar function in in a large, multi-divisional corporation.

Experience developing and operationalizing strategy

Excellent abilities to facilitate workshops

Ability to lead change in a complex environment

Strong facilitation, influencing, organizing, and presentation/communication skills

Proven ability to achieve results through building partnerships and influence skills

Experience in forming and maintaining strategic alliances

Experience in cross-functional commodity teams

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent assessment, analytical skills

Experience in conducting and developing materials foe workshops

CPIM Certification
-
Knowledge of FDA regulated industries

Proficient in new technologies / Solutions

Proficient in supply management process and product lifecycles

Previous experience in a medical device industry
