Software Engineering Manager
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience
- 3+ years coordinating software development processes and/or projects
- Experience working within medical device product development, or other highly regulated environment.
- Experience managing offshore engineering resources.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience working within an agile development framework.
- Highly developed skill set in management/project leadership practices including ability to balance risk, effectively influence diverse teams, and ownership of responsibility for outcomes.
- Excellent downward, lateral, and upward communication skills.
- Good balance of high level strategic and detailed tactical thought processes.
