Sr. Software Engineer

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field and five years of experience in software engineering for medical devices; or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field and two years of experience in software engineering for medical devices. Must possess five years of experience with a Bachelor’s or two years of experience with a Master’s with each of the following: ISO 13485, ISO 14971 and IEC 62304; integrating applications to electro surgical medical devices using Data Distribution Service (DDS) Protocol and custom serial protocols; developing applications for multi-platform usage to include Windows, Linux and IOS leveraging C#, Java, and Angular; WPF, WCF, MVVM, PRISM framework and multi-threading; RESTful service and relational database experience to include SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL; designing Cybersecurity solutions for applications which interfaces with medical devices; building automation using Atlassian tools to include Bamboo, Bitbucket and JIRA; and software algorithm design and development including OOA, design patterns and SOLID principles.
