- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Nice to Have
- 5+ years of management experience
- 3+ years of automation experience (Selenium / Python)
- 3+ years of Core java experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Bluetooth or BLE communication on embedded devices.
- 3+ years of experience in managing embedded software or firmware test organizations
- Experience coordinating with remote/ Hybrid teams
- Experience working in a regulated industry
- Experience in security and securing software systems
- Anticipate and identify risks, develop actionable mitigation strategies that sets up the team for success
- Take keen interest in product requirements and pay close attention to details when planning projects
- Coordinate with technical leads, Engineering program managers and developers in making timely and high quality releases
