Sr Software Engineer
- Bachelors degree in an engineering or technology related field required
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Nice to Have
- 4+ years of experience in a back-end or service side automation and testing role
- Demonstrated proficiency writing code for automation with one or more of the following: C/C++, Java, Python
- Experience building Test Automation Frameworks using TestComplete or similar automation tools
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines on automation servers such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps
- Functional knowledge of Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc.) and JSON messages
- Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes containerization
- Ability to lead technically in a dynamic and evolving environment, and mentor junior engineers
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across and outside the organization
- Skills in strategic thinking, problem solving attitude, good planning and time management
- Independence and self-motivation
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and non-verbal
- Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing
- C++ embedded software development experience
- Experience working with a Linux development platform
- Knowledge of embedded environments containing a variety of processors and running embedded Linux, Android, or RTOS
- Thorough understanding of engineering practices, product safety and root cause analysis
