Legal Operations Program Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of legal operations, program/project management and/or process improvement experience; or, an advanced degree with 3+ years’ experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or IT
- Advanced degree
- Proficient in and experience with Process Mapping, Project Management, and Lean or Six Sigma principles, concepts, practices and standards
- Law Firm and Legal Financial Management and Operations experience
- Experience working within a matrixed environment
- Experience in managing by influence
- Ability to build relationships and gain the trust of the practice leads, attorneys, and support staff
- Experience accomplishing goals through others and providing work direction, coaching and/or guidance to project teams
- Results oriented. Ability to identify and drive resolution of issues in a proactive, creative, and collaborative manner
- Continually seek opportunities to increase stakeholder satisfaction and deepen relationships
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, including Executive level updates
- Confident and assertive style, but respectful of others
- Understanding of Finance and Accounting concepts and experience analyzing financial data
- Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
