IT Business Analyst (IT)
Must Haves (Minimum Requirements)
- Highly Adaptable to change
- Skills to be a team player or leader as demanded by situation
- Proactive self-starter who can work effectively with team members
- Ability to work autonomously while knowing when to ask for help
- Excellent business and IT communication
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience in a consulting and/or administrative, development capacity.
- Multiple digital marketing projects and/or implementations in global environment as business analyst
- Experience and knowledge in Eloqua or the equivalent MA tools.
- Understanding of system and data architecture and an understanding of relational database
Nice to Have
- Experience in medical device industry will be advantageous
- Excellent written and presentation communication skills
- Excellent knowledge with general CRM and digital marketing/education
- Experience and knowledge about LMS such as Totara, Cornerstone on demand and CMS such as AEM, Drupal
- Experience and knowledge about CX solutions such as Qualtrics
- Experience and knowledge about MS Power Platform and Low-Code application
