Software Engineer in Test II
- Bachelors degree in a technical related field required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
Nice to Have
- Experience with either mobile or web-based application testing
- Experience with commercial automated test frameworks (e.g., Katalon)
- Experience with test execution frameworks (e.g., Jenkins)
- Experience with automated scripting (e.g., Java, Python)
- Experience leading a team of test engineers
- Experience working with other leaders to establish project scope, duration, and resourcing
- Experience with code repositories (e.g., GitHub, Gitlab)
- Experience with Java or Groovy Object-Oriented development
- Experience with BOTH mobile and web-based application testing
- Experience with utilization of testing through device farms (e.g., Sauce Labs)
- Broad knowledge of software test architecture and software tools for Web and mobile software applications
- Experience with core software development
- Experience as a quality analyst or quality specialist
- Experience with medical device software testing (especially per IEC 62304)
- Participation in and understanding of Agile software development
- Experience defining XML and JSON
- Knowledge of wireless network technologies.
- Experience with responsive design
- Experience with task management tools (e.g., Jira)
- Understanding of Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
- Understanding of cloud-based technologies (e.g., PaaS, SaaS)
