Sr Software Engineer

Must Have

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters in Engineering with specialization in Computer Science, IT, Bio-Medical, Bio-Technology, ECE or EEE from a premium institute or equivalent.
•  Minimum of 8 years in the design and development of software applications in Microsoft .Net technologies.
• Sound Understanding of the .Net Framework and hands on architecture, design and coding
• Having strong work experience in windows application development using WPF,Prism..Etc..
• Good knowledge of C #, WPF, MVVM, Prism, .NET 4.6, .Net Core, WCF and Angular
• Knowledgeable and experienced in HTML 5, Json, and jQuery (Jscript UI Framework experience such as knockout or Angular is a plus) 
• Knowledgeable and experienced in Microsoft MVC 3.0 or higher (experience in MVVM is a plus)
• Knowledgeable and experienced in SOAP and REST Web Service Development

Principal Working Relationship

• Participates as a technical member of a project core team and works with cross functional team members to ensure success of the project deliverables.
• Works with product owner to understand the system requirements and application needs. Translates these into detailed requirements and approaches, then communicating these designs back up to the technical lead to ensure that the systems needs are addressed.
• Consults with other engineering staff to evaluate and specifies interface between other products or components to ensure optimized operational and performance requirements of overall system.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledgeable and experienced in SQL Server T-SQL.
• Knowledgeable in FDA and ISO design control requirements is a plus.
• Basic RDBMS and PL/SQL, experience in SQLite will be advantageous
• Experience in build pipelines setup CI/CD with Bamboo/Jenkins
• Knowledgeable and experienced in Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, zig bee and other network protocols is a plus.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in mobile application development with Android and Java or iPhone and Objective C/Swift is a plus.
• Good understanding of web platform development and deployment models required.  Experienced in multi-platform application development is a plus.
• Competent in software development processes including agile/scrum software development, design methodologies, design patterns, requirements-driven development, and test-driven development.
