Must Haves
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
・Strong understanding and experience in planning,
executions and project management.
・Excellent project management and problem-solving
skills, communication between stakeholders including developing presentation,
oral and written communication abilities.
・Out of Box thinking and innovative mind to
develop the plan in order to communicate stakeholders with new approaches
・Experience developing and implementing
comprehensive communications that simultaneously address the needs of a broad
stakeholder audience.
・Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks (both
strategic and day-to-day operational), work well under pressure in a dynamic
environment, set priorities, and communicate needs within a team environment.
・Outstanding interpersonal skills to enable
effective relationships across a global enterprise.
・Ability to work with and influence all levels of
management and employees.
・Advanced English/Japanese communication skills
JOB EXPERIENCE
・Min. 5 years in related experience such as Corporate
planning, Communication, Marketing or Marketing Communication Role
・Experience in various type of project management
related to marketing, marketing communication and digital and communication
field. area is advantage
EDUCATION
・Bachelor’s degree or upper
