Must Have (Minimum Requirements):
To be considered for this role, the minimum requirements must be evident on your resume.
  • Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 4 years of experience in medical affairs/clinical research/clinical strategy or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in medical affairs/clinical research/clinical strategy

Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Advanced degrees (MD, PhD, PharmD, MBA, Master’s)
  • Previous experience as a Medical Science Liaison  
  • Medical Affairs/Clinical Research/Clinical Development & Strategy experience at Medtronic or in the medical device / pharmaceutical industry
  • Therapy training and education experience
  • Experience in a scientific discipline related to neuroscience or neuromodulation 
  • Existing relationships with KOLs, HCPs in Neuromodulation and/or Pelvic Health 
  • Familiarity with MSL role, and how to bring measurable value to the company, while providing immeasurable value to customers  
  • Demonstrated ability to assimilate, critically evaluate, and synthesize published clinical/scientific literature  
  • Exceptional and compelling scientific presentation skills and ability to explain complex concepts to multiple audiences
