- Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 4 years of experience in medical affairs/clinical research/clinical strategy or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in medical affairs/clinical research/clinical strategy
Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degrees (MD, PhD, PharmD, MBA, Master’s)
- Previous experience as a Medical Science Liaison
- Medical Affairs/Clinical Research/Clinical Development & Strategy experience at Medtronic or in the medical device / pharmaceutical industry
- Therapy training and education experience
- Experience in a scientific discipline related to neuroscience or neuromodulation
- Existing relationships with KOLs, HCPs in Neuromodulation and/or Pelvic Health
- Familiarity with MSL role, and how to bring measurable value to the company, while providing immeasurable value to customers
- Demonstrated ability to assimilate, critically evaluate, and synthesize published clinical/scientific literature
- Exceptional and compelling scientific presentation skills and ability to explain complex concepts to multiple audiences
