Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Science
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a business support or program management role including broad multi- functional business experience (relevant experience), or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

Nice to haves

  • PMP Certification or other formal Project Management training and experience
  • Experience in leading or supporting business process improvement initiatives with demonstrated business impact
  • Project leadership experience
  • Experience driving change management initiatives across an organization
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking, project planning and project management
  • Exceptional analytical, planning, organization, and time management skills to effectively execute project plans and budgets
  • Business acumen; ability to think from an overall “best for the business” perspective
  • Demonstrates initiative; results oriented, with a passion to succeed
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize

Location

The location is open. Home office is possible. Most of the programs will have participants that are based in the United States, so availability during US office hours is required.
