QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION
REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s
degree in science or engineering field
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

10+
years of professional experience
·
5+
years project management experience
·
5+
years of research and development experience in the Medical Device field.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
REQUIRED
·
Demonstrated success at dealing with ambiguity and
delivering successful outcomes.
·
Demonstrated
ability to successfully lead people, teams and projects and to get results
through others.
·
Experience in establishing program objectives,
timelines, milestones, and budgets
·
Experience with information technology systems
·
Mastery
of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

QUALIFICATIONS :
·
Medtronic
Lean Sigma Green or Black Belt certified or equivalent
·
Master’s
Degree or PhD in Science, Engineering
·
Master’s
in Business Administration (MBA)
·
Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
·
CAP or other change management training experience
·
Experience in technology and/or product pipeline strategy
development
·
Demonstrated
proficiency in innovation management and resource planning.
·
Demonstrated
understanding and application of financial planning and analysis.
·
Demonstrated
ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical information and deal
with several abstract and concrete variables.
·
Demonstrated success facilitating a team with strong technical skills
& customer / business insights
·
Demonstrated understanding of customer and field
environments, and ability to negotiate agreements with both.
·
Ability
to analyze individual projects in the context of the entire portfolio
·
Ability
to scope & manage local and remote projects
·
Demonstrated success in driving large, complex programs
to successful completion.
·
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and facilitation
skills.
·
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal &
presentations.
·
Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix business
environment - excellent leadership, change management and influencing skills.

Excellent decision- making skills, taking into account
all relevant factors and stakeholders.
