· Sr Reliability Engineer- Mounds View, MN
Position Description:
As a Senior Reliability Engineer, this position is responsible to ensure compliance of process validation, process controls, and design validation and verification activities with established requirements and regulatory expectations. Ensure products are developed and manufactured with highest product quality and meet all applicable product quality, design and manufacturing process requirements. They will ensure the application of appropriate statistical methods and concepts such as FMEA, DOE, Critical parameter identification, GR&R, and control planning to ensure the transfer and release of robust and manufacturing procedures using capable equipment to produce products. They will support and contribute to successful completion of projects including CAPA’s and represent the organization as a technical contact for reliability. Provide support in areas of process engineering and quality engineering to support continuous process and product improvements. Partner with R&D, Quality and Pilot Manufacturing Operations in the execution of manufacturing process IQ/OQ and PQ for AF ablation products. They will support master validation planning, including execution of process validation
· Prin Continuous Improvement Engineer- Santa Rosa, CA
Position Descpription:
The Principal Continuous Improvement engineer will work within the Aortic and Peripheral Vascular R&D group to execute one or more business and product development improvement projects over the course of a 6 month time period, as part of Medtronic’s Careers 2.0 program.
This role will require the ability to apply systems engineering, 6 sigma DMAIC tools, and strong influence and collaboration skills to make critical improvements to work processes. The position interacts with internal technical stakeholders at individual contributor, management, and senior management levels, often requiring coordination between organizations. · Sr Continuous Improvement Engineer- Brooklyn Center, MN
Position Description:
The Continuous Improvement Engineering Internship will support a cell operating system (COS) transformation in one of MECC’s many production lines. The COS transformation initiative is a multi-year lean strategy to align production lines with principles of the Shingo Model. The Continuous Improvement engineer will work as a Lean Manufacturing change agent and coach others involved in the project. This position will be responsible to execute continuous improvement initiatives across the site and coach continuous improvement practitioners in problem solving and program management. This will require the ability to educate and motivate individuals at different levels of the organization and the ability to manage major projects and programs to a successful and timely conclusion. Additionally, this position will support new product introductions to ensure that the manufacturing processes, equipment and the production cells are ‘born lean’. The position interacts with various levels and functions across the organization.
